A homogeneous ready-to-use high-performance "Hi-Tack" solvent-free low VOC and low-odor acrylic latex emulsion-based adhesive specifically formulated for reduced seam-splits and easy long performing successful installation of most types of rubber floor covering. For interior installation of rubber or sponge-rubber floor covering over most prepared standard substrates as specified by the floor covering manufacturer.
