Shipping Policy
Most in-stock orders received by 1pm PT will be processed and shipped the same business day (business days are Monday through Friday, except designated holidays). Orders received after 1pm PT will be shipped the next business day. Standard orders are shipped via FedEx Ground for commercial delivery or FedEx Home for residential curbside delivery. Please see Shipping Methods for other delivery options or large pallet shipments. Our standard orders are shipped FOB our dock San Francisco, CA 94103.
Shipping and handling charges are estimated at the time of your order -- if we incur additional charges for your delivery you will be charged accordingly. This includes any charges related to address corrections, undelivered packages and returns to our warehouse.
If you will be using an installer we strongly recommend that you receive your order before scheduling installation. Delivery dates are estimates and can vary due to weather and other factors.
Shipping Methods
Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground which for most of our customers is the most cost effective option. If this does not suit your needs, we do offer a choice of other shipping methods including FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service, with various expedited delivery options if needed.
Products shipped via FedEx Ground will arrive to destinations in Northern California and Northwestern Nevada in one day. Other delivery estimates for FedEx Ground:
Two days – Southern CA, NV, WA, OR, ID, UT
Three days – AZ, MT
Four+ days – AK, HI

Pallet shipments
Large orders will be shipped on pallets via a common carrier servicing your area. Arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis. Delivery times and shipping charges vary based on carrier availability. Typically we can arrange, package and ship large orders within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Damages Policy
We take care to fill your order correctly and package it well for your delivery. Our shipments are sent FOB our dock, San Francisco. Please be sure to inspect your delivery upon arrival for damages or missing items. These should be noted immediately with the carrier – do not refuse delivery the order. Any damages or lost product incurred during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier, not West Coast Sound Solutions. Please contact us within 24 hours to report any issues with your shipment – we will be happy to assist you with the carrier and also to replace missing or damaged product, but we must hear from you immediately. Do not discard any of the damaged materials.
Product Warranties
Warranted products are covered by the manufacturer according to their individual guidelines. We stand behind all of our products and will help you resolve warranty issues. Please contact us immediately with any concerns related to a product defect.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your installed soundproofing products. To ensure a successful project it is critical that you understand and follow all installation instructions. If you do not have complete installation instructions DO NOT START THE PROJECT, contact us to get the required information first. Before installing any materials, verify the product is the correct size, quantity and free of defects or damages.
Should you need to make a return, we accept returns of unopened and resalable product within 60 days of your order. Please call us to make arrangements and obtain a return authorization number. When your return is received we will verify receipt and assess the condition of the material. A refund in the form of your original payment will be issued less a 20% restocking fee.
