Mass Loaded Vinyl for Ceilings

MLV is a dense, flexible limp-mass barrier that blocks airborne noise through Mass Law — layered under drywall (or over hat channel in a decoupled build) to raise STC across the ceilings. We stock three variants sized for different assemblies and occupant sensitivities. All three seal with Vinyl Seam Tape (not foil) at every butt seam.
