Specifications, STC and NRC ratings, dimensions, data sheets, and images are supplied by the manufacturers of the products we carry. Laboratory ratings are measured under controlled conditions and describe a tested assembly — real-world performance varies with construction, flanking paths, workmanship, and existing conditions.

Our calculators, assembly guides, room mapper, and written guidance are educational tools intended to help you plan. Material quantities produced by a calculator are approximate and should be confirmed against field measurements before ordering.

Nothing on this site is engineering, architectural, or code-compliance advice. Assemblies affecting fire rating, structure, or building code compliance must be reviewed by a licensed design professional in your jurisdiction. Always follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and applicable local codes.

Products are covered by the warranty, if any, offered by their manufacturer. We pass through manufacturer warranties and will help you file a claim, but we do not provide a separate product warranty of our own. Except as expressly stated, the site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, West Coast Sound Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, project delays, or labor costs, arising from use of the site or of products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Manufacturer names, logos, product images, and data sheets remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. You may print or download material for your own project use.

The site links to manufacturer documentation, carrier tracking, and other outside resources. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.

Where we perform installation work, that work is contracted separately under a signed agreement and is licensed in California as CA CSLB #994007. Website content does not constitute a contract for installation services. West Coast Sound Solutions is a registered fictitious business name of WCSS, a California corporation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may revise these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
