Serenity 12mm Acoustic Underlayment Roll
The Serenity 12mm Underlay Roll is the thickest sheet in the Serenity underlayment line — engineered for projects that want the highest impact isolation a single underlayment layer can deliver. Each 4' × 20' roll covers 80 sq ft with a 12 mm profile, ideal for high-end residential floors above living space.
- 80 sq ft per roll: 4 ft × 20 ft — the thickest Serenity underlay ships in a denser roll sized for room-scale floor projects.
- 12 mm build-up: The most cushion in the Serenity line — meaningful impact IIC gains for footfall and dropped-object noise.
- 1.1 lb / sq ft mass: Loaded mass matches the 9 mm sheet — the extra 3 mm of thickness is what buys the additional impact isolation.
- R-0.35 thermal: Best thermal benefit of the line — helpful in high-end residential where floor comfort matters as much as acoustics.
